The book, "How to Appraise Your Home" was design to help you understand how to value your home, how to spot an appraisal that may not be entirely correct, how and why appraisals are performed, and how to safeguard yourself, your home and your families ultimate survival against predators.
"How to Appraise Your Home" was written because during my Career as a Real Estate Appraiser I came across too many people that knew absolutely nothing about the appraisal industry, the mortgage industry and the Real estate industry as a whole. Yet these same folks were knee deep in debt, signing contract they didn't really understand and trusting people that may not have had their best interests at heart.
