Because
my book called: "How to Appraise Your
Home" is intended to actually teach you to do
an actual appraisal on their home, I am prepared to check your work for
you and review your appraisal, makes correction and suggestions until
you can competently do the appraisal from beginning to end without
having to be corrected. This process is two fold and offers you the
opportunity to not only learn how to get a value range no matter what
the Real Estate Market does, but to check any appraisal pe4rformed on
your home by a professional appraiser to see if they've reached their
value properly and didn't cut corners.
Services
In the book you are given Appraisal Forms designed for the owner home appraisal. From there you will need to have your appraisal report reviewed, as your teacher, I can provided you with a appraisal review service that determines whether or not some of the questions on the Home Appraisal Form work assessed correctly or not. I DO NOT sign off on your opinion of value. But rather, make corrections in your work, acting more as a teacher to make sure that you can sharpen your own appraisal skills.
Once you purchase our book "How to Appraise Your Home", you will have all of the forms and information needs to submit your owner appraisal reports to us for review.
The book, "How to Appraise Your Home" was designed to help you understand how to value your home, how to spot an appraisal that may not be entirely correct, how and why appraisals are performed, and how to safeguard yourself, your home and your families ultimate survival against predators.
"How to Appraise Your Home" was written because during my Career as a Real Estate Appraiser I came across too many people that knew absolutely nothing about the appraisal industry, the mortgage industry and the Real estate industry as a whole. Yet these same folks were knee deep in debt, signing contract they didn't really understand and trusting people that may not have had their best interests at heart.
